Use of the Service
You may create AI-powered templates and generate notes in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or generate using Buenote.
Account and Subscriptions
- Free Tier: Provides limited access to supported AI models with daily usage caps.
- Paid Plans: Offer additional usage capacity and access to all models. Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe.
- Cancellations: You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your templates, notes, and any AI-generated content you choose to save. Buenote and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, its code, and its brand assets.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Buenote for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including violations of third-party rights, or to transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Buenote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Buenote, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any behavior we deem harmful to the service or other users. You may close your account at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the applicable courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Buenote after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
